2. Accounts
Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Listings and content
You confirm that content you submit is yours or that you have permission to share it. You grant Jugalbandi Foundation a licence to display it on the site. We may edit for accuracy or remove content under our listing and takedown policy.
4. No pay-to-rank
No listing can be promoted for payment.
5. Registrations and payments
Pass prices, refunds and transfers are set out on the registration page. Fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
6. Programme status
Programmes marked “proposed” are subject to funding, agreements and permissions and may change.
7. Liability
The site is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses.
8. Governing law
The laws of India; courts at New Delhi.
