Who works with the Foundation, and how is conflict managed?
Three related companies may be engaged: EventZR Technologies (platform and research), Epique LIVE Experiences (production) and Eventful India Marketing Services (sponsorship). Each is engaged only after two comparable quotes, with the relationship disclosed to the funder in writing and both founders abstaining.

- Board meets quarterly; a summary of minutes is published each year
